Surveys can be delivered in hard copy or digital format (AutoCAD, Microstation, PDF, TIFF), and can also be connected to AHD (Australian Height Datum). A title search is undertaken, and all relevant constraints that affect the boundaries i.e. easements, covenants, restrictions are carefully reported. The site assessment report discloses information on access problems, services, curb type and condition, vehicle and footpath crossing, visible fill, drainage issues and other matters critical to preparing tenders.
