We are well established as a Registered Land Surveyors and Civil Structural Engineering firm based in central western Sydney. Our reputation spans over 40 years and we have completed over 40,000 projects ranging from residential, commercial and public sector developments. We are extremely proud to say that we have played a pivotal role in enhancing the street appeal of many buildings all around Sydney and we’re looking to add to our impressive ‘portfolio’ of completed projects.
Serving the greater Sydney area since 1983, we are currently looking for a Registered Surveyor to join our team of 40+ professionals on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assess and plan all surveying orders
- Manage and provide surveying and technical direction for survey field staff
- Create and review strata and subdivision plans and advise on requirements
- Ensure complete compliance with all survey work by recognised standards
- Ensure all necessary DP’s are provided for calculations and offer advice on complex definitions
- Plan and coordinate surveys considering continuity of projects, timelines, and available resources
- Prepare detailed, accurate and profitable subdivision proposals as required for submission to our clients
- Liaise with clients by phone and face-to-face and provide advice and solutions in a courteous, professional manner
- Investigate technical survey problems and provide cost-effective and compliant solutions
- Provide timely, profitable input and guidance to field staff as required
- Conduct field surveys and provide hands-on support to the survey division team as needed
- Author technical reports and specifications
- Work with the directors to design, agree, document and implement our survey standards and codes
- Create and implement survey work practices to deliver organisational service level agreements
- Contribute to planning, organising, and effective implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensure software tools used are in line with technological developments
- Organise as necessary updated Australian Standards and codes

Mandatory skills, experience and requirements:
- Strong relevant surveying experience in NSW
- Registered as a Land surveyor in NSW
- An excellent understanding of survey legislation, guidelines and standards
- A permanent Australian residential status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
