IT Coordinator
We are well established as a Registered Land Surveyors and Civil Structural Engineering firm based in central western Sydney. Our reputation spans over 40 years and we have completed over 40,000 projects ranging from residential, commercial and public sector developments. We are extremely proud to say that we have played a pivotal role in enhancing the street appeal of many buildings all around Sydney and we’re looking to add to our impressive ‘portfolio’ of completed projects.
Serving the greater Sydney area since 1983, we are currently looking for an IT Coordinator to join our team of 40+ professionals on a full time basis.
While we pride ourselves on using some of the latest and best technology and software, it is our people who enable us to complete projects consistently and to the highest standard of excellence our customers expect.

- Management of IT Service providers to ensure that IT projects are on time and budget
- Manage our contractors and their projects
- IT systems and operations
- Salesforce
- Job System
- Order System
- Survey package
- MYOB
- Office 365
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems
- Work with software vendors and suppliers to improve systems for efficiency
- Support day to day operation of the project
- Work with the senior team to determine the best utilisation and deployment of our IT resources and assets
- Propose new and manage existing IT projects

Mandatory skills, experience and requirements:
- A background in IT and experience with IT support, programming, and project management
- Managerial skills are preferred
- Good communication and critical thinking skills are essential
- Objective judgment
- Independent and a can-do attitude
- Ability to coordinate Scheduling, Financials, and Resource Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
